Beef heart in vegetable bouillion

For this you need the following ingredients: 300g beef heart, 3 carrots and 100g leek.

Preparation: First clean the vegetables, cut the carrot into slices and the leek into rings. Then sauté the vegetables in oil, dissolve with a liter of water and bring to the boil. While it is sautéing, wash the beef heart under cold water and cut into cubes. When the water is boiling add the beef heart cubes and simmer for 20 minutes. The indicated amount is enough to add it to a Pedigree Mixer food bowl three times. Depending on your taste, you can also add one to two tablespoons of boiled rice (cooked without spices) or potatoes. Use a little cress to garnish – done! (by Dr. Claudia Schomann-Ziesenböck)
