You need the following ingredients for the honey quark cake: 150g quark, 6 tablespoons milk, 6 tablespoons safflower oil, 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons honey, 200g Pedigree Mixer.
Preparation: Very simple: Mix all ingredients, stir with the electric mixer for a few minutes until everything is well mixed. Then shape the porridge into small balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. The small cakes are now baked crispy at 200 degrees for 30 minutes!
